Summary: Perforce is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to provide analytical and operational support to its global sales organization. The role involves managing Salesforce reporting, forecasting processes, and ensuring data integrity within CRM systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across various teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Salesforce.com reporting, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and sales performance improvement insights
- Manage the forecasting process from reporting to direct sales engagement
- Ensure a high level of data integrity and alignment with consistent global standards and procedures within our CRM and sales tools
- Assist sales organization teams in executing customers and prospect outreach in outbound campaigns
Key Skills:
- BA, BS in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in sales operations or similar experience
- Salesforce.com experience with proficiency in reporting and dashboards including custom report types, dynamic dashboards and dashboard filters
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and communication (oral and written) skills
- Previous international business exposure
- Global SaaS and B2B experience preferred
