Summary: Exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst with a Big4 Tech Organization, offering a remote position in the UK. The role involves managing operations across various business areas, developing frameworks for goal setting, and supporting partner projects. This position is a 6-month contract aimed at driving strategic initiatives and enhancing partner performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own operations across multiple areas of the business, including partner program, product testing and internal projects
- Develop goal setting frameworks, drive regular revenue reviews and own reporting needs for the team
- Develop trackers for several GTM initiatives and own the analysis and reporting of progress
- Develop target lists of clients/business based on data and industry insights
- Support partner managers on high priority partner projects
- Regularly pull data to inform our partner and team strategy
- Proactively find areas of opportunity for the business by connecting partner performance and industry insights
Key Skills:
- At least 2+ years experience in a project management or operations role
- Ability to work independently supporting operational tasks for the team
- Understanding of how analytics, operations and business intersect and drive value
- Ability to interact with cross functional partners and unblock tasks
- Strong communication skills with experience sharing insights to varied audiences and senior management
- Passionate about problem-solving and deep analysis
- Self-starter with a track record of taking initiative
- Experience working cross-functionally and prioritizing projects for multiple stakeholders
