Summary: The Sales & Digital Marketing Lead at Dharma Centre for Workplace Wellbeing will spearhead the growth of the digital academy and subscription platform, focusing on building and optimizing sales funnels, managing multichannel campaigns, and enhancing user experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the subscription growth funnel from awareness to retention.
- Build and optimize digital funnels that convert.
- Manage multichannel campaigns including email, paid, partnerships, and organic.
- Own CRM systems, nurture sequences, and campaign analytics.
- Optimize the membership site experience.
- Drive lead generation through events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Lead B2B social media presence with strategic content creation and execution.
