Our client who is a global leader in the hotel and leisure sector, who is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator on 12-month contract, paying up to 40,000. The role is based in Windsor during your training period and then will go fully remote. This role provides consistently executed support to Global Sales Team.What is expected of the Sales Coordinator?Manage lead processes, analyse transaction reports, and highlight to Account Directors re-prospecting opportunities.Support Sellers with channel leads; managing pipeline and conversionSupport the total account management culture to drive new business & business development opportunitiesSupport Sellers to deliver efficient and effective service to their customer groupsPreparation and planning of customer visits and supplier days / workshops meetingsSupport customer query resolutionProvide internal data and customer insights to inform analysis for go to market strategySupport integrated ways of working across Global Sales Team and wider enabling functions for priority processesCapture and refresh pipeline opportunities and accurately record in CRM system Assist with the Request for Pricing (RFP), negotiation and contracting processSupport admin tasks in line with the Global Sales efficiency expectations Manage performance reporting as per the required reporting cycleSupport and process of billing, budgeting and invoicingSupport and refresh updated content for Global Sales collateral What we look for in a Sales Coordinator?2-4 years progressive work-related experience within a Global Sales environment, ideally within Hotels or Property.Operational knowledge and strength with MS Office, Salesforce. Demonstrated clear, concise and succinct communication skills, including adapting both verbal and written communication to the needs and level of user.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
