About Us

We’re an independent podcast studio and production agency based in London, helping brands, creators, and businesses produce standout video content that builds connection and drives engagement. Our services include podcast production, branded content development, studio hire, marketing, and distribution. We have grown organically due to high inbound leads from good SEO and brand awareness, however as we scale, we’re looking for a driven, self-starting Sales Consultant to help scale our client base and revenue.

This is a commission-only opportunity ideal for someone entrepreneurial who wants to earn based on results, work flexibly, and be part of a rapidly growing media business.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead sales outreach and client acquisition efforts—introducing our services to brands, agencies, and creators looking to make an impact through video podcasts. You’ll earn commission on every closed deal, with generous percentage-based payouts and performance bonuses for hitting milestones. This is not a 9-to-5. We’re looking for someone who thrives on autonomy, is confident in B2B sales, and can open doors across industries—from startups to established brands.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Earn

  • Base: Earn a minimum rate for billable hours worked (up to 12 hours per week)
  • Commission: Earn a competitive percentage of all sales you close
  • Uncapped earnings: The more you sell, the more you earn

  • Residuals: Potential for recurring commissions on ongoing client relationships
