Summary: The Sales Administrator role is a fully remote position based in the UK, focused on providing essential support to the sales team by managing documentation and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders accurately and maintain internal CRM and tracking systems.
  • Prepare and format quotes, invoices, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client communication.
  • Organize and maintain digital sales folders, team timesheets, and other essential documents.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, sales reporting, and document preparation.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order updates, documentation, and general inquiries.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure sales records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
