p>I am working with a leading UK financial institution, looking for a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) Business Analyst to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
As a key member of the IAM team, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, playing a crucial role in implementing and enhancing the SailPoint IDN solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate IAM business requirements.
- Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for SailPoint IDN configurations and workflows.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- System Implementation: Work closely with developers, architects, and system integrators to ensure successful configuration, testing, and deployment of SailPoint IDN solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify and propose improvements to existing IAM processes, focusing on efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure IAM solutions adhere to financial regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, FCA guidelines, and other applicable standards.
- Testing & Documentation: Support UAT, write test scripts, and create user manuals for system adoption and training.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SailPoint product developments and IAM industry trends to recommend enhancements and innovations.
Key Skills and Experience:
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector.
- Deep understanding of SailPoint IdentityNow, including workflows, certifications, and role-based access controls.
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in implementing IAM solutions in a regulated environment.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with API integrations and Scripting (eg, JSON, REST).
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, SSO, and related technologies.
- Experience with governance and risk management frameworks.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
