Summary: The Enterprise Agile Lead / Coach will oversee the integration and governance of 10 to 13 cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment between internal teams and third-party vendors. This role focuses on establishing Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and implementing effective Jira tracking. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile transformations and a strong governance mindset. This position is contract-based for approximately six months and is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unite 10 to 13 diverse streams—including Product, Sales, Technology, and Operations—into a single, cohesive delivery cadence.
- Seamlessly blend third-party partner deliverables with internal workstreams to ensure end-to-end value delivery.
- Break down silos between technical and non-technical business units to keep all stakeholders aligned on shared enterprise goals.
- Set up, launch, and mature all critical Agile ceremonies, including Team-level Scrum and program-level Scrum of Scrums (SoS).
- Proactively map, track, and resolve complex dependencies across all internal and external workstreams.
- Implement a structured framework for continuous risk assessment, governance, and roadblock escalation.
- Standardize and optimize Jira workflows, boards, and epics to accurately reflect the multi-stream ecosystem.
- Build and maintain precise Jira dashboards and reports to provide leadership with transparent metrics on velocity, predictability, and health.
- Enforce high data integrity and administrative discipline across all teams to ensure reporting is reliable and audit-ready.
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale Agile transformations or managing complex programs with 10+ concurrent workstreams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and integrating third-party vendors within an Agile framework.
- Expert-level proficiency in Jira software configuration, portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira Align, Advanced Roadmaps), and dashboard creation.
- Deep mastery of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban principles tailored for both technical and business teams.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale Agile transformations or managing complex programs with 10+ concurrent workstreams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and integrating third-party vendors within an Agile framework.
