Job Description

  • A SAFe Agile Coach is responsible for driving Agile transformation at scale, enabling teams, programs, and leadership to adopt the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) effectively.
  • This role operates at team, program (ART), and enterprise levels, focusing on coaching, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • The SAFe Agile Coach leads and supports the enterprise Agile transformation journey, ensuring alignment across teams, programs, and business stakeholders.
  • The role involves coaching leadership, facilitating SAFe ceremonies, and improving delivery outcomes through Agile best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
  • SAFe Agilist (SA)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile certifications
