Summary: The role seeks a Senior SAP ABAP on HANA consultant with over 10 years of experience, specializing in ODATA, CDS Views, and SAP BTP. The consultant will design, develop, and optimize SAP solutions leveraging HANA capabilities and integrate with SAP BTP to deliver modern APIs and services. Responsibilities include developing complex ABAP programs, maintaining CDS Views, and collaborating with teams for end-to-end solutions. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex ABAP programs optimized for SAP HANA.
  • Create and maintain CDS Views and ODATA services for SAP Fiori and external integrations.
  • Develop and deploy applications on SAP BTP, including integration with S/4HANA and third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Optimize performance of custom code and troubleshoot issues in HANA-based environments.
  • Implement best practices for code quality, security, and reusability.
  • Support system upgrades, migrations, and patching activities.
  • Document technical specifications and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
