Key Responsibilities:
- Build complete data-backed products using full stack web development.
- Develop applications using Ruby on Rails with full MVC experience.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
- Engage in all stages of the development life cycle: analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, and support.
- Assume leadership for products, design patterns, and test coverage.
- Utilize Git in a team environment and adapt to new technologies.
- Gather and understand business requirements and goals.
- Implement test-driven development (TDD) practices or ensure full test coverage.
- Work with business or technical SMEs to propose technical solutions.
