Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide organizational change management strategy for large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communications, training, readiness, and adoption strategies.
- Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to drive alignment, sponsorship, and organizational readiness.
- Create executive communications, leadership updates, newsletters, FAQs, and other change enablement materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful change adoption and long-term sustainment.
- Measure adoption, identify change risks and resistance, and implement mitigation and reinforcement strategies.
- Partner with training, HR, IT, PMO, and communications teams to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM), transformation, program management, or strategic communications experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, change impact assessments, training, and adoption.
- Prosci, CCMP, ADKAR, or similar change management certification strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce.
- Excellent executive presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in large, global, matrixed organizations.
- Familiarity with AI and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and similar technologies is a plus.
