Summary: The RPA Pega Robotics role at iTech US, Inc. is a senior developer position focused on hands-on development using .Net and C# within the Pega Robotics framework. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development, integration, and deployment of robotic process automation solutions, particularly in the healthcare industry. The role requires extensive experience with Pega technologies and the ability to troubleshoot and support production deployments. A strong background in REST API development and cloud ecosystems is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Senior Developer with Hands-on .Net, C# development experience with multiple years in Pega Robotics End to End development
- Working knowledge on Pega Robot Manager, Pega BPM and Pega Robotics with latest version.
- Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
- Robotics Desktop Automation (RDA)
- Hands on experience in implementing real time projects from last 5 years using pega robot studio.
- Hands on experience in developing and scheduling Pega RPA and RDA Attended, Unattended BOTS.
- Integration of Pega robot studio
- Experience on latest version of Pega RPA V22
- Experience on Health care industry, smart claims engine and PEGA technology is added advantage
- Experience in UiPath and other RAP tools in desired
- Prefer to have Pega Robotics External certification (CSRA)
Key Skills:
- Working knowledge on REST API development. JSON Parsing, API Testing using SOAP UI, Oracle Ability to write PL/SQL, DML, Index queries and support Performance tuning Postman is a must.
- Deploy and administer BOTS in Azure cloud ecosystem, support production deployments on monthly basis
- Solving technical issues related to RPA platform on VM environment. Troubleshooting the basic network, application and access issues
- Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
- PEGA Robotics system architect certification.

Required Education : At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
