Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using leading automation tools (UiPath, AA, Blue Prism, etc.)
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Create process documentation including PDDs and SDDs
- Ensure robust exception handling and logging in automation workflows
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations for performance optimization
- Integrate bots with databases, web services, and enterprise systems
- Follow RPA best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
- Work in Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in RPA development
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Strong understanding of business process automation, RPA architecture, and design patterns
- Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or VBScript
- Experience working with OCR, AI/ML integrations, and APIs is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- UiPath Advanced Developer or other RPA tool certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
