Summary: The role of Workday Adaptive Planning Techno-Functional Consultant involves leading and executing Workday Adaptive Planning implementations with a focus on both technical and functional aspects. The consultant will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure a smooth transition from implementation partner ownership to internal support. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
- Engage in real Adaptive implementation work beyond general Workday support.
- Handle implementation, configuration, testing, reporting, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Utilize techno-functional Workday Adaptive experience.
- Understand business processes and system configurations.
- Work with Adaptive models, sheets, assumptions, calculations, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into Adaptive enhancements.
- Partner with implementation vendors, internal IT, and business teams.
- Assist in transitioning from implementation partner ownership to internal support.
