Summary: The Salesforce Product Manager for CPQ & Billing is responsible for acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on the configuration and administration of Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition workflows.
  • Drive configuration and administration of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and related applications.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers to define and validate system enhancements and technical solutions.
  • Lead and support Salesforce NetSuite integrations, including data flow mapping, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to technical and functional queries related to Salesforce Billing, CPQ, and ERP integrations.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end users during rollout.
  • Provide in-depth support for Salesforce applications, including tool configuration, access management, and application behavior.
  • Maintain clear documentation of business processes, system configurations, and data flows.
  • Participate in ongoing optimization and enhancements of QTC systems and workflows.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Technical Program Management, or a related role.
  • Strong experience working in Salesforce CPQ and Billing environments.
  • Proven understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle: Lead-to-Opportunity, Quoting, CPQ, Contract Management, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition (ASC 606).
  • Experience with Salesforce NetSuite integration and troubleshooting data synchronization issues.
