Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, data security, and performance optimization.
- Maintain awareness of ServiceMax product enhancements, Salesforce ecosystem updates, and emerging technologies to ensure strategic alignment.
- Oversee solution development, customization, and deployment within the ServiceMax environment.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on ServiceMax experience (design, configuration, and implementation).
- Strong expertise in software architecture and system integration.
- Salesforce platform architecture experience is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication (fluency in professional English, both written and spoken) and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive technical direction.
