Summary: The Risk Review Project Manager will support a Change Risk Control System project by managing complex data sets and developing executive-level presentations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize multi-layered Excel spreadsheets for project tracking, data analysis, and reporting purposes.
  • Create and format advanced pivot tables and graphs to support decision-making and executive presentations.
  • Design and build visually engaging slide decks for executive leadership, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
  • Collaborate closely with senior project managers to gather data, understand requirements, and deliver high-quality presentation materials.
  • Utilize Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate processes and enhance the functionality of project tracking tools.
  • Participate in recurring meetings with global teams, including early morning or late evening sessions to accommodate European and Australian stakeholders.
  • Support project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and change control logs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Assist in the coordination of project deliverables, timelines, and milestones, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Analyst in a technical, data-driven environment, preferably within risk management or change control systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, multi-layered worksheets, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
  • Strong experience in developing executive-level presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools, with a keen eye for detail and visual design.
  • Hands-on experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) coding to automate Excel processes and enhance reporting capabilities is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively and delivering on deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
