Summary: The Senior Coordinator role focuses on providing operational and administrative support to the Third Party Risk (TPR) External Worker program, ensuring smooth execution of risk governance processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Risk Tracker activities, including creating, updating, and closing risk events and tasks.
  • Coordinate task assignments, follow-ups, and status tracking across stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Support reporting activities by compiling data, tracking key metrics, and preparing regular updates for the TPR team.
  • Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy and completeness of records for audit readiness.
  • Assist in execution of remediation and cleansing activities (e.g., data clean-up, compliance alignment initiatives).
  • Support operational processes related to External Worker governance (e.g., intake tracking, compliance checks, documentation collection).
  • Coordinate and track progress of ongoing projects and initiatives within the External Worker risk program.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Sourcing) to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure risks are appropriately addressed.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies, missing information, or process gaps for escalation.
  • Provide administrative support for risk processes, ensuring adherence to defined standards and timelines.

Key Skills:

  • 3–6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in third-party risk management, compliance, procurement, or enterprise risk.
  • Experience supporting risk governance processes in a global organization preferred.

The role is designed as an external resource supporting the team with high-volume, repeatable, and process-driven activities, enabling the broader TPR team to focus on risk assessment, governance, and strategic priorities.
