Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys with customers and transition them into actionable items.
  • Utilize experience with RingCX and RingCentral MVP for system conversions.
  • Support various end-user computing platforms including PCs, Macs, Citrix, and VMWare.
  • Ensure compliance with E-911 and support physical desktop phones.
  • Engage with patients and providers effectively through the cloud platform.
  • Implement emerging AI features and partnerships.
  • Enhance patient, provider, and internal resource experience through integration with Facets and Epic.
  • Provide a single vendor point of support for PBX, contact center, and app integration.
  • Eliminate issues with bolt-on vendors for adjacent applications.
  • Support hosting and all applications through RingCentral.

Job Description:

  • This is a cloud-based service that includes these modern features:
  • Looking for someone who has experience with both systems and ideally been involved with one of these conversions.
  • Ideally experience with RingCX and RingCentral MVP.
  • CX admin and scripting experience is desirable.
  • As part of the process this contractor will be involved with conducting site surveys with customers.
  • Will need to be able to transition these surveys into actionable and/or configurable items.
  • Need someone with great verbal and written communication skills. Great listening skills. It will be important for someone to be able to convey needs and information to others. Need to be concise.
  • Experience working in large company environments is needed.
  • Experience in healthcare is a big plus.
  • Smartphone client, support for all BMCHS end user computing platforms (PCs, Macs, Citrix, VMWare), and E-911 compliance, while supporting the hospital's need for physical desktop phones and local survivability
  • Cloud platform will remain up to date with non-impactful rolling upgrades that don't require our internal resources
  • Improves ability to respond to new feature and scale-up requests from the businesses
  • Allows us to engage with our patients and providers how they want to engage with us.
