Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain OpenText RightFax environments.
  • Perform upgrades and migrations from older RightFax versions to the latest supported versions.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve RightFax issues at the application, integration, and server levels.
  • Optimize performance, capacity, and security of fax systems.
  • Integrate RightFax with enterprise applications (e.g., email servers, document management, ERP/CRM systems).
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and business teams to ensure high availability and business continuity.

The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in RightFax system administration, configuration, and upgrades, with the ability to transition environments from older versions to newer releases. This role will play a key part in ensuring stability, reliability, and modernization of enterprise fax infrastructure. This is a remote position.
