RF-Smart Consultant

Summary: Our client is looking for an experienced RF-SMART Contractor to enhance warehouse and inventory management operations within a NetSuite environment. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, optimizing workflows, and providing support to end users across various projects. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RF-SMART and NetSuite solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot RF-SMART and NetSuite warehouse transactions, including resolving stuck or failed transactions.
• Create, modify, and maintain NetSuite saved searches to support operational reporting and business requirements.
• Assist with the design, configuration, and optimization of pick plans and warehouse workflows.
• Provide functional support and guidance to end users and project teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple client engagements and implementation projects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for RF-SMART and warehouse operations.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with RF-SMART and NetSuite Warehouse Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of pick plans, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
• Experience troubleshooting transaction and workflow issues within RF-SMART and NetSuite.
• Proficiency in creating and modifying NetSuite saved searches.
• Experience supporting multiple projects or clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable, customer-focused demeanor.
