Summary: The RF Material Coordinator role involves supporting T-Mobile network deployment projects by managing RF material orders and ensuring alignment with design specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and manage T-Mobile RF material orders in accordance with project requirements.
- Review T-Mobile RF Design documents and compare them with the latest RF Design Standards and Final Construction Drawings.
- Identify and coordinate revisions with T-Mobile RF and Construction Teams to resolve discrepancies between design and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with RF engineers, construction managers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate material delivery.
- Continuously learn and apply new industry RF design standards.
- Maintain accurate project tracking.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the telecom industry preferred.
- Prior experience with RF design strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with T-Mobile systems and material ordering processes is highly desirable.
- Must be highly proficient in using diverse computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Suite and project management platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a capability to work both independently and with others to solve problems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and project management.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
