Summary: The role of Interim Reward Consultant involves developing and executing compensation schemes to enhance employee engagement for a Financial Services client in Yorkshire. The consultant will partner with senior leaders and HR teams to provide specialist advice on reward-related matters while utilizing data analytics to assess and improve reward programs. This position is remote with an expectation of occasional office presence and is offered on a fixed-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strong compensation schemes that support the company’s goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Own and consolidate benefits across the group’s portfolio.
- Write detailed and comprehensive ExCo and RemCo papers.
- Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and suppliers to provide specialist advice on reward-related matters and address any emerging issues.
- Effectively communicate reward strategies and changes to employees, ensuring clarity and understanding across the organisation.
- Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of reward programs and make informed recommendations for improvements.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in a reward or compensation role, with proven track record within Financial Services and regulatory environment.
- Ability to think strategically and align reward initiatives with organisational goals.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
