We're looking for a Pay & Reward Advisor for a public sector organisation, based remotely, on an initial 3-month contract, paying up to £400 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella).
This is a fully remote role.
The successful Pay & Reward Advisor will manage the pay and reward mailbox, providing policy advice and prioritising responses.
You'll job evaluate roles at all levels, maintain audit logs and business cases, and support the wider pay and reward and employee relations teams.
You'll also help administer the EVP and pensions communications, and keep intranet content on pay and reward matters up to date.
You will need proven experience in the following:
Administration in a busy environment
Data handling and reporting in Excel
Pension administration
Diary management and meeting coordination
Clear written and verbal communication
Job evaluation experience is required.
