Summary: Required for a remote contract, a Senior Product Manager will join a large retail organization’s digital product team to enhance the OMNI customer journey by integrating digital and physical stores. The role involves uncovering customer needs, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring seamless customer interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the discovery, delivery, and iteration of key initiatives
- Translating customer and business needs into clear problem statements, product requirements, and prioritised backlogs
- Collaborating closely with UX, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders to bring new experiences to life – from concept to release
- Defining, monitoring, and reporting on success metrics that reflect impact in both digital and store
- Driving test, experimentation, and customer validation to generate insights that inform product improvements and strategic decisions
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar role within a digital environment, ideally with OMNI experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- A passion for solving complex problems with innovative thinking and a clear ability to prioritise based on impact, user value, and strategic fit
- A strong customer focus, with the ability to uncover user needs, validate pain points, and translate insights into actionable improvements
