Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with retail stakeholders (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, E-commerce, Stores, Finance) to capture business needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements using workshops, user stories, process maps, and structured templates.
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and design optimized future-state solutions with clear KPIs and business rules.
- Translate requirements into specifications for retail systems (POS, ERP, WMS, OMS, CRM) and data/analytics/AI solutions (forecasting, personalization, dynamic pricing, inventory optimization).
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and Developers to ensure solutions deliver business value and ROI.
- Support Agile delivery backlog grooming, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT coordination, and change management.
- Create data-driven insights, validate requirements, and measure post-implementation impact.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years BA experience with minimum 3 years in Retail / CPG / E-commerce.
- Proven delivery of transformation projects in retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, or customer experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Experience in Agile/hybrid environments (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
