- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- Significant experience handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including both freehold and leasehold matters.
- Upwards of 4 years’ PQE.
- The ability to manage matters independently with minimal to no supervision and hit the ground running.
- Strong technical ability and sound judgement when reviewing and signing off files prior to exchange.
- Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, commercial approach to client service.
- Availability to commence at short notice.
The firm is flexible on working patterns and would welcome applications from lawyers seeking full-time or part-time arrangements (3–4 days per week). Candidates can be based anywhere within the UK, with the opportunity to work entirely remotely.
A competitive daily rate is available (inside IR35), with flexibility depending on experience.
