The Role
As a Consultant Residential Building Surveyor, working to RICS standards, you’ll carry out Level 2 Home Buyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys using our smart tech, templates, and support systems.

What You’ll Need

  • Membership with RICS, CABE, CIOB, RPSA, or SAVA, or at least 1 year of proven experience in producing Level 2 & 3 Building Survey Reports

  • A Basic DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Public liability and personal accident insurance (We provide PI Insurance)
  • Availability for at least three weekdays per week
