Key Responsibilities
- Provide production network operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Support network automation and DevOps initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and improve network performance.
- Work closely with customers, HPE engineers, and technical support teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Strong Service Provider Routing & Switching experience.
- Hands-on Network Automation and DevOps experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance is REQUIRED.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
