We’re looking for an experienced Research Operations Specialist to join a global organisation and support the delivery of employee listening and research programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating complex projects, working with survey platforms, improving operational processes and collaborating with stakeholders across international teams. You’ll be responsible for managing survey operations, supporting research technology, coordinating vendors and helping introduce smarter, AI-enabled ways of working.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day administration of a leading employee survey platform.
- Coordinating employee engagement surveys and research programmes from setup through to delivery.
- Supporting internal stakeholders with survey planning, testing and execution.
- Acting as the main contact for platform support and issue resolution.
- Working closely with external technology vendors and internal business teams.
- Driving operational improvements through automation, AI and process optimisation.
- Ensuring research activities comply with GDPR and data privacy requirements.
- Creating documentation, guidance and knowledge resources to improve operational consistency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Research Operations, Survey Operations, Employee Experience or Project Coordination.
- Experience using survey platforms such as Glint, Qualtrics, Medallia or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with external vendors.
- Knowledge of GDPR and research governance.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and operational efficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience within People Analytics or Employee Listening.
- Knowledge of AI, automation or operational improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in large, international organisations.
