Resales and Staircasing Executive Location: Croydon Job Type: Temporary, Immediate Start Salary: 20.01 PAYE or 24.85 Umbrella per hour We are seeking a Resales and Staircasing Executive for an immediate start in an ongoing temporary position. This role requires mandatory office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Croydon, with flexibility on other days for remote work. The ideal candidate will have experience in the shared ownership resales and staircasing process within a housing or development organisation. Day-to-day of the role: Ensure all resales and staircasing activities are delivered in line with regulatory criteria to audit standard. Maintain close liaison with vendors and purchasers to ensure sales are progressed and completed within set targets. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the resales and staircasing process. Liaise with internal teams on signing, sealing, and governance matters. Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to help achieve targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in shared ownership resales and staircasing within a housing/development organisation. Strong experience dealing with external stakeholders such as Solicitors, Brokers, Surveyors, Developers, and Agents. Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities across a wide range of audiences. Strong telephone manner and a drive to hit targets. Highly organised with the ability to work independently in a busy, performance-focused environment. Excellent attention to detail. Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision. Experience in delivering against challenging performance targets.
