Summary: MMP Consultancy is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor for an interim position with a Housing Association, primarily focused on the Dorking area. The role involves managing responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs while ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with statutory regulations. This position is fully remote and offers a competitive hourly rate. The contract duration is expected to be between 6 to 9 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.
- Consult and engage with customers, leaseholders, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure high customer standards of delivery, minimal defects, and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage performance and on-site progress of contractors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Achieve value for money in line with relevant statutory regulations and compliance.

MMP Consultancy currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join a Housing Association. This will be an interim position paying £42p/h Umbrella. This will be a 6-9 months interim contract which will involve working in a patch primarily across the Dorking area. My client has offices in Leatherhead, Surrey. The successful candidate must have day to day repairs experience. This will be a 100% remote working role.
Key Duties
- Responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs within the relevant area of operation, consulting and engaging with customers, leaseholders and with internal and external stakeholders in the region.
- Ensure the highest customer standards of delivery are achieved, minimal defects, and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Effectively managing the performance and on site progress of Clarion's Contractors ensuring that works are delivered on time, to a regional budget of £10m, to quality standards and achieve value for money in line with all relevant statutory regulations and compliance.
