Job description: Responsibilities:
- Lead functional and technical design of Siemens Opcenter MES solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into MES workflows and configurations.
- Configure production, quality, genealogy, traceability, WIP, and electronic work instructions.
- Integrate MES with SAP ERP, PLM, equipment, automation, and shopfloor systems.
- Support testing, deployment, commissioning, and user training.
- Provide production support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills Required: Hands-on experience in Siemens Opcenter configuration and deployment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, ISA-95, and shopfloor processes.
- Experience with MES integrations, interfaces, and manufacturing data models.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
Lumentum Preference
Experience in high-tech electronics, photonics, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
