Sr Clinical Data Analyst with Advanced Patient Care

Clinical Services Data Analyst serves a vital role for the Clinical Services (Care Management) Department, using software programs and business strategies to help maximize productivity and meet business objectives. This technical position is responsible for developing and maintaining the information reporting systems associated with six Clinical Services Lines and three Clinical Operations areas. This involves the development of Power BI reports and dashboards, SSRS reports, required documents, writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and input into long-range planning for the enhancement, upgrade or change in reporting information systems. The employee will be responsible for the management of all aspects of reporting, including SSRS, SSMS, SSIS, Power BI, R, Python, and third-party solutions.

This role reports to the Associate Vice President, Population Health Clinical Operations, and will provide recommended actions up through the direct supervisor and/or Clinical Leadership to support cross-functional outcomes and the attainment of key deliverables. This role will work collaboratively within the Care Management and IT Informatics (CMIT, CMIT-TCL, others) workgroups, including working with other data analysts, to ensure that the Clinical Service Lines and Clinical Operations areas have the tools and information necessary to validate data integrity for defined state reporting and clinical effectiveness measures.

The core skillset we need for this role is designing, developing, and maintaining reports, including SQL/SSRS, Power BI, and SSMS/SSRS. Power BI will be central, but they need to understand database architecture and how data is stored.
