- Advanced proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, query optimization, and database design.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, normalization, indexing strategies, partitioning, and enterprise database architecture.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale data integration and pipeline solutions.
- Strong background integrating databases with ERP, manufacturing, warehouse, and external business platforms.
- Experience modernizing legacy Microsoft Access and VBA-based applications.
- Proven experience working with manufacturing systems, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and hierarchical data models.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
