Senior Scrum Master with Health Cloud || Long Term Contract: REMOTE ROLE
- 7+ years Salesforce platform delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud projects.
- Proven Scrum Master experience leading sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and blocker removal.
- Operated in fast-paced implementation, not just O&M.
- Ability to remove blockers and keep delivery teams focused on sprint goals.
- Experience working with product owners, business analysts, developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum; SAFe experience is a plus.
- Understanding of Salesforce release cycles, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment processes
