Remote - Senior SAP Security Consultant

Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Security Consultant to join our team, focusing on SAP security architecture, role design, user administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure secure and compliant SAP environments across multiple modules and landscapes. This position requires deep expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and a strong understanding of security protocols. The role is remote and targets senior-level professionals with over 8 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.)
• Conduct security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
• Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis
• Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM)
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define security requirements for new projects and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and incidents
• Develop and maintain documentation for security processes, policies, and procedures
• Provide training and guidance to junior security team members and end-users

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP Security experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and role design
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control modules
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and HANA security models
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
