Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) based on client requirements.

- Manage data migration and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and SOX.

- Education & Certifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) certification (mandatory in most cases).
- Additional certifications in SAP HCM (On-Premise), SAP SuccessFactors other modules (e.g., RCM, LMS, PMGM), or Integration (CPI/HRIS) are a plus.
- Experience
- Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation, configuration, and support.
- Proven experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire, organizational structures, global payroll integrations, time-off policies, etc.).
- Experience with SAP HCM (On-Premise) to SuccessFactors EC migrations is highly desirable.
- Technical & Functional Skills
- Core EC Configuration:
- MDF (Metadata Framework), Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Position Management, Job Information, Pay Components, Time Off, and Dynamic Groups.
- EC UI/UX (Employee & Manager Self-Service) customization.
- Integration Knowledge:
- Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or Dell Boomi/Mulesoft for EC integrations.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs (OData, SFAPI) and SF-to-SAP HCM integrations.
- Understanding of Third-party payroll integrations (ADP, Ceridian, etc.).
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Experience with SuccessFactors Reporting (Ad Hoc, Advanced, People Analytics, ORD).
- Data Migration & Compliance:
- Expertise in data migration tools (e.g., Import/Export, Data Migration Tool (DMT)).
- Knowledge of GDPR, SOX, and other compliance requirements.
- Soft Skills & Other Requirements
- Strong consulting & client-facing skills (ability to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide training).
- Problem-solving mindset for troubleshooting EC issues.
- Agile/Activate methodology experience is a plus.
