  1. Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) certification (mandatory in most cases).
  • Additional certifications in SAP HCM (On-Premise), SAP SuccessFactors other modules (e.g., RCM, LMS, PMGM), or Integration (CPI/HRIS) are a plus.
  1. Experience
  • Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Proven experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire, organizational structures, global payroll integrations, time-off policies, etc.).
  • Experience with SAP HCM (On-Premise) to SuccessFactors EC migrations is highly desirable.
  1. Technical & Functional Skills
  • Core EC Configuration:
    • MDF (Metadata Framework), Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
    • Position Management, Job Information, Pay Components, Time Off, and Dynamic Groups.
    • EC UI/UX (Employee & Manager Self-Service) customization.
  • Integration Knowledge:
    • Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or Dell Boomi/Mulesoft for EC integrations.
    • Knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs (OData, SFAPI) and SF-to-SAP HCM integrations.
    • Understanding of Third-party payroll integrations (ADP, Ceridian, etc.).
  • Reporting & Analytics:
