Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and support existing SAP HCM solutions.
• Work in a multi-supplier environment to deliver projects and resolve high-priority live service issues.
• Configure SAP for HCM solutions according to industry best practices.
• Prepare quality documentation artefacts such as Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, and WRICEFs.
• Report to an Engagement Manager and work within an experienced team.
• Provide estimates for project delivery and impact your work.
• Support and liaise with client teams to resolve issues and meet contractual obligations.
• Mentor and support the development of team members.
• Utilize systems frequently and receive training from senior SAP consultants.

Key Skills:

• Experienced SAP HCM consultant with multiple project life cycle experience.
• Strong functional HCM knowledge in Payroll, Personnel Admin, Time Management, and Country Legal Changes.
• Broader technical awareness in Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, and Integration.
• UK Payroll experience with knowledge in end-to-end Payroll processing and Year-end processing.
• Expertise in writing Payroll PCR SCHEMA and knowledge of interfaces to third-party vendors.
• Ability to work independently and provide reliable solutions.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
