We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to work remotely on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). If you take pride in owning your work and communicate fluently in German, we want to hear from you! No prior IT experience needed; we value your sales energy and coordination skills above all.

Your Impact

Sales Execution (50%): Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through closing. Focus on securing consulting contracts and driving high-quality revenue.

Coordination & Team Support (25%) Support and coach the Lead Generation team to ensure a steady flow of SQLs. Partner with Customer Success to maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities. Liaise among Sales, Consulting, and our Academy teams.

Sales Planning (25%) Own monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline health. Proactively identify risks and drive solutions to keep us on track.
