Summary: The role of Workfront Developer involves designing, developing, and implementing Adobe Workfront solutions to enhance project and portfolio management. The position requires configuring Workfront objects, developing custom integrations, and supporting administration activities while collaborating with various stakeholders. The developer will also be responsible for creating technical documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This is a remote position focused on leveraging Adobe Workfront to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Adobe Workfront solutions to support project and portfolio management initiatives.
  • Configure and customize Workfront objects including projects, tasks, issues, templates, workflows, portfolios, programs, and resource management modules.
  • Develop and maintain custom forms, layouts, dashboards, reports, and automated workflows.
  • Build integrations between Adobe Workfront and enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HR, and financial systems using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Create and manage Workfront Fusion scenarios for process automation and data synchronization.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workfront solutions.
  • Support Workfront administration activities including user management, security roles, access permissions, and governance.
  • Develop custom API-based solutions using REST APIs, web services, and scripting technologies.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions to users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create technical documentation, design specifications, user guides, and support procedures.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user adoption.
  • Support Workfront upgrades, releases, and new feature implementations.
