Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the technical architecture, integration strategy, and data model for a unified Salesforce org.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and technology standards.
- Provide guidance on best practices for multi-cloud (Sales + Service) architecture, data migration, and API integrations.
- Evaluate legacy CRM systems and create the migration roadmap to Salesforce.
- Oversee development activities, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and scalability requirements.
- Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate closely with developers, admins, and integration teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in architect-level roles.
- Proven success in multi-CRM consolidation projects into a unified Salesforce org.
- Deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform integrations.
- Strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components, data modeling, and API integration design.
- Familiarity with middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Informatica Cloud) and Salesforce DevOps tools.
