Summary: The role of Case Management Systems Analyst involves utilizing extensive experience with the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS) to design, document, and manage software solutions and requirements. The position requires strong analytical skills and effective communication with various stakeholders. The analyst will also oversee complex software implementations and testing processes. This role is available as a remote or hybrid position in South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and configure the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS).
  • Design and document software solutions.
  • Manage and define software requirements.
  • Oversee complex software implementations.
  • Manage software testing and development teams.
  • Read and understand data models and use SQL for querying data.
  • Manage projects during the Maintenance and Operations phase.

7+ years of experience using and configuring the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS)
5+ years of experience designing and documenting software solutions.
5+ years of experience managing and defining software requirements.

Expert understanding of testing concepts such as Component Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing and Acceptance Testing
