Remote QA Analyst / Tester (EDI Focused)

Summary: The role of Remote QA Analyst / Tester (EDI Focused) involves developing and executing test cases specifically for 270/271 eligibility workflows. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases for 270/271 eligibility workflows using both positive and negative scenarios.
• Validate that real-time eligibility responses are accurate, timely, and aligned with business expectations.
• Utilize EDI validation tools to inspect raw 271 responses for structural and content accuracy.
• Coordinate UAT with end users (e.g., CHC) to validate point-of-care eligibility workflows.
• Log, track, and retest defects in JIRA or other ALM tools.
• Assist in load and performance testing of the real-time API to ensure reliability under concurrent use.
• Document test plans, traceability matrices, and test outcome reports for audit readiness.
