Summary: The role of Procurement Operations Associate involves managing Coupa access packages, user profiles, and service tickets while ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting. The associate will also be responsible for tracking user integration errors and generating data reports. This position is set to start ASAP and run until January 30, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approving/denying Coupa access packages.
- Entering/Uploading new users and or updating profiles for existing users.
- Reviewing the Delegate report and taking appropriate actions.
- Managing Data reports generated from Coupa.
- Tracking user integration error emails.
- Managing L2 Service tickets related to Coupa Access in ServiceNow.
- Managing user request emails for access packages.
Key Skills:
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with procurement policies, vendor compliance, and cost control practices.
