Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and HDL
  • Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound data interfaces
  • Develop and enhance Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and benefits logic
  • Perform data loads using HDL and troubleshoot data issues
  • Write and optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries for data validation and reporting
  • Develop OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
  • Customize and support Redwood UI pages and HCM configurations
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production defects
  • Work with business users to understand requirements across Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor
  • Support payroll-related technical issues and assist during payroll runs
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in SIT / UAT testing cycles and quarterly patch testing
