Summary: The Oracle HCM Technical Developer role focuses on developing and integrating Oracle HCM Cloud technologies, requiring a blend of technical and functional expertise. The ideal candidate will work primarily on technical tasks while also engaging with functional aspects related to Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and HDL
- Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound data interfaces
- Develop and enhance Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and benefits logic
- Perform data loads using HDL and troubleshoot data issues
- Write and optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries for data validation and reporting
- Develop OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
- Customize and support Redwood UI pages and HCM configurations
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production defects
- Work with business users to understand requirements across Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor
- Support payroll-related technical issues and assist during payroll runs
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in SIT / UAT testing cycles and quarterly patch testing
- Provide production support and issue triage
- Collaborate with functional and offshore teams
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM REST/SOAP APIs, SQL/PL-SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting
- Experience developing inbound and outbound HCM integrations, data migration and transformation processes, and custom reports and dashboards
