Summary: The role of Oracle HCM Functional Consultant focuses on Talent Management and Learning modules within Oracle Fusion HCM. The consultant will collaborate with HR Talent leaders to enhance business processes through functional configuration and user experience optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle and continuous enhancements for Oracle Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Talent Reviews) and Learning modules.
- Lead interactive discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops with talent management stakeholders and business units.
- Perform comprehensive fit/gap analysis against native Oracle Cloud capabilities to guide best-practice architecture.
- Author and maintain critical functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and detailed target process maps.
- Configure talent cycles, learning offerings, communities, responsive pages, and guided journeys using Sandbox and Redwood UX.
- Maintain robust HCM Security profiles, job roles, and data security policies tailored to talent visibility.
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario planning, and post-deployment validation.
- Manage Oracle quarterly upgrade assessments, conducting impact analysis for newly delivered talent and learning features.
Key Skills:
- 5-7+ years of functional experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with a heavy emphasis on Talent and Learning.
- Proven experience leading design workshops, discovery sessions, and executing fit/gap analysis.
