Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and warehouse managers to gather, analyze, and document daily operational requirements for diverse warehouse environments nationwide.
  • Map and document current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes, ensuring optimal use of Oracle Cloud WMS functionalities.
  • Prepare and deliver thorough root cause analyses for post go-live issues; own resolution plans.
  • Mentor and guide Oracle Fusion Cloud technical developers (onsite/offshore), ensuring WMS enhancements and fixes align with functional requirements and business goals.
  • Act as the functional SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory, and Shipping modules.
  • Lead the streamlining of existing processes, propose improvements, and support change management initiatives.
  • Work closely with warehouse end-users, conduct training, and produce clear, actionable business and functional documentation.
  • Serve as a product owner for WMS-related enhancements and transformation projects.
  • Support go-live, hypercare, and ongoing optimization initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Proven expertise as a functional consultant in Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS implementations (minimum 2+ end-to-end projects).
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud WMS, O2C (Order-to-Cash), Inventory, and Shipping flows.
  • Extensive experience working with warehouse managers, business users, and documenting functional and business requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership in post-go-live support, root cause analysis, process mapping, and future-state design.
  • Prior experience mentoring technical Oracle Fusion development teams (integration, extensions, bug fixing).

About the Role

You'll work directly with business owners and warehouse managers to gather and analyze day-to-day business requirements across multiple warehouse sites.
