Summary: The Project Manager Oracle PLM role involves leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle PLM solutions in a remote capacity. The position requires extensive experience in Oracle Applications, particularly in PLM, along with project management expertise. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions and provide training and support post-implementation. This is a contract and full-time opportunity based in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle PLM Cloud/Agile PLM solution design, configuration, and implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle PLM modules such as Product Development, Product Data Hub, Innovation Management, and Agile PLM.
- Support product structure, item master, BOM management, change management, and workflow configuration.
- Facilitate workshops, prepare functional documentation (BRD, MD50, test scripts), and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT).
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and data migration.
- Provide best practice recommendations for product lifecycle management processes.
- Deliver training and post-go-live support to business users.
Key Skills:
- 9 years of Oracle Applications experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle PLM (Cloud and/or Agile).
- 2+ years of mandatory project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of product structures, BOMs, document management, and PLM workflows.
- Hands-on experience with PLM integrations to ERP/SCM systems.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills.
- Prior experience working in manufacturing, hi-tech, or life sciences industries preferred.
